This is an Owners Only meeting open to all Round Table Pizza Franchisees.
1:00pm - 2:30pm - RTOA President Jeff Acton will provide an update on the status of law firm Zarco, Einhorn, and Salkowski that the RTOA retained in 2024 to assist our membership's pursuit of its two rights under the Round Table Franchise Corporation (“RTFC”) franchise agreement - Audit of the RT Advertising Fund and Verification of RTFC Revenue from Suppliers. Jeff will discuss other issues that have arisen over the past year. Attendees will have opportunities to ask questions.
2:30pm - 3:10pm - RTOA Operation Committee Chair Gundeep Sethi will provide updates on the status of Heartland Processing, Spark Fly and Happy Cogs.
3:10pm - 3:50pm - Provide an update on Frozen Dough and discuss testing.
3:50pm - 4:00pm - 2025 RTOA Convention Presentation
4:00pm - Announcement of the 2025 RTOA Board of Directors Election Results
Evening Cocktail Reception 6:00pm-8:30pm This is a great time to network and greet old friends as we gather with Owner Members and Associate Members during the Cocktail Reception hosted by the RTOA from 6:00pm-8:30pm. The event is open to Owner Members and Associate Partners that have paid their 2025 membership dues.
Ballots will be available to Owner Members at the event to vote for the candidates that are running in the 2025 election. Only Members that have paid their 2025 membership dues are eligible to vote.
