Gregg Fleury

I started in the pizza business over 40 years ago at the age of 19, first as a busser at an Arcata Round Table (owned by Gary Grover) and then spent the next few decades serving in roles for individual stores, two decades with Castle Pizza (45+ stores), then 17 years with Round Table Franchise Corporation.  There I eventually became Chief Operations Officer, working my way up from Franchise Business Consultant. After helping GFG transition to their new model, I left to become the Chief Operations Officer for Boudin Bakery for three years. During that time, I became a Round Table franchisee and partner in three San Diego stores and now also work with Ali Kerachi (CART PG) to improve and optimize operations in his eleven stores. I have held every role in the Round Table organization – from dough roller and area manager to Franchise Business Consultant, Director of Franchise Sales, Director of Operations, and Vice President of Operations before becoming the Chief Operations Officer for RTFC. My love and knowledge of the Round Table brand are deep, as are my connections to franchisees across the entire organization. I am proud of the industry, operations, and ownership expertise I bring to my daily work and hope to bring that same expertise and enthusiasm to the Round Table Owners Association.
